Travel & Arrival

Plan to arrive at least one to two days before your scheduled consultation or admission, so you have time to rest and adjust beforehand. The hospital campus is most easily reached via King Khalid International Airport (RUH) in Riyadh. Patients traveling from other regions may also arrive via King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) in Jeddah or Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Airport in Madinah, followed by a domestic connection or ground transfer.

A range of hotels and serviced apartments operate near the hospital campus in Riyadh, offering varying levels of comfort and proximity for patients and any accompanying family members.

Spiritual & Wellness

Prayer facilities are available throughout the hospital campus for patients, families, and visitors, and daily prayer timings are observed in scheduling wherever possible. Halal meals are available to all patients throughout their stay. During Ramadan, care teams adjust appointment scheduling, meal timing, and daily routines to accommodate fasting patients where medically appropriate.

Cultural Orientation

Saudi Arabia observes modest dress norms in public and healthcare settings; loose-fitting clothing that covers the shoulders and knees is appropriate for both men and women, and hospital staff will guide you if any adjustment is needed during your visit. Friday is the primary weekly day of rest, and prayer times are observed throughout the day — some services may briefly pause accordingly.

Photography and video recording are not permitted inside clinical areas, wards, or around other patients, out of respect for privacy — please ask staff before taking any photos on campus. Hospital staff are accustomed to welcoming patients from many cultures and are glad to answer any questions about local customs.
