What if I stop halfway?
Nothing is charged. You can describe what's wrong, read the assessment, look at the specialists and close the tab, and you will not have paid anything.
Is there anything on top of the doctor's fee?
No. The amount on the doctor's card is the amount you pay. We do not add a booking fee, a service charge, or a subscription.
Why isn't there one fixed price?
Because the fee is the treating doctor's, not ours. It differs by specialty and by specialist, which is why you see each one's fee next to their name instead of an average you would then be surprised by.
What happens if the consultation doesn't go ahead?
If a case is paid for and then cannot be filed with the centre, it is flagged for refund and a person follows it up. You are never left holding a payment for a consultation that did not happen.
